Returns
We accept returns only for defective or damaged items.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of the issue (such as photos or videos).
No Returns for Other Reasons
For safety, quality, and compliance reasons, we do not accept returns for:
-Unwanted items
-Opened or used items
-Items ordered by mistake
-Products damaged due to customer handling
Refund Eligibility
A refund will be issued only after we verify the defect and approve the return.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective item and want a replacement, we will issue a new item at no extra cost once your claim is approved.
